In its September 11 announcement, Edged US said OMA01-1 and OMA01-2 had reached topping out. The company identified Turner Construction and Jacobs as project partners.
This milestone concerns the buildings’ structural frameworks. Construction continues toward later phases; the announcement does not say the campus is open or that its full planned capacity is operating.
What remains to be established
Edged describes up to 200 MW of eventual campus capacity and anticipated local economic benefits. Its release does not identify a tenant or establish that the entire campus will serve AI workloads. Those company projections should remain separate from verified operating results.
