What the comments seek

In the September 17 submissions, American Municipal Power requested identification of the utility serving each large load and disclosure of revenue requirements, beyond construction-cost estimates. The Environmental Sector sought the share of a project attributable to a large load and the share it would pay.

These are commenter requests. Transmission Owners supported the draft’s compliance with the stated objectives in September 16 comments. MISO previewed the dashboard September 9 under LLWG-2026-8; its September 16 feedback window has ended. The record does not establish final adoption.
